We ship to customers across the UK, Europe, the United States, and the rest of the world. Rates and thresholds vary by region and product type -  please read below to find the information relevant to you.

Standard Orders

The following rates apply to standard (non-refurbished) products such as MHUB and XTND items.

United Kingdom

  • Free delivery on orders over £250
  • £8.99 standard delivery on orders under £250
  • Estimated delivery: 1–3 business days (estimate only — actual times may vary)

United States

  • Free delivery on orders over $1,150
  • Orders under $1,150, shipped via DHL Express — carrier-calculated rates apply
  • Estimated delivery: 5–7 business days (estimate only - actual times may vary)

Europe

  • Shipped via DHL Express — carrier-calculated rates apply
  • Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days (estimate only - actual times may vary)

Rest of World

  • Shipped via DHL Express — carrier-calculated rates apply
  • Estimated delivery: 5–10 business days (estimate only — actual times may vary)

Refurbished or Graded Items

Refurbished products are shipped under a separate fulfilment profile and have different rates to standard orders.

Cables

Cables are shipped under their own profile.

  • United Kingdom: Free standard delivery
  • International: Carrier calculated rates. Please note that due to shipping costs being comparable to the product price, we generally do not recommend ordering cables for international delivery — please contact us before placing an order if you are unsure.

Duties & Import Taxes

For most regions, we ship on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis. This means that any applicable import duties and taxes are included in the price shown at checkout - you will not be charged additional fees upon delivery.
