All orders are shipped from the United Kingdom.
If an item is in stock, we aim to dispatch the same working day for orders placed before 2:00pm (UK time). Orders placed after this time will be processed the next working day.

International orders are shipped via DHL.
UK domestic carriers may vary depending on order size and destination.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on delivery location and order contents.
Shipping Charges and Responsibilities
All shipping costs, including insurance, are the responsibility of the customer unless agreed otherwise in writing.
For international orders, customers are responsible for:

- Clearance fees
HDA Systems does not cover or reimburse these charges.
