Refund policy
30-Day Return Window
You have 30 calendar days from the date of shipment to notify us of your intention to return goods.
To be eligible:
- Items must be unused
- Items must be in original packaging
- Items must be in the same condition as received
- Proof of purchase is required
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA)
You must complete an RMA form before returning any goods.
Items returned without an approved RMA will be rejected and sent back at your expense.
Returning Goods
You are responsible for:
- Returning the goods to our UK facility
- All shipping costs
- All customs duties and taxes
- Ensuring adequate insurance and tracking
Goods remain your responsibility until received and processed by us.
Refunds and Replacements
Up to 30 Days:
We will replace your product with a new unit.
30 Days to 2 Years:
We will repair or replace your product. If neither is possible, we will provide a 100% credit of the price paid, redeemable in our store.
2 Years to 5 Years (Extended Period):
Claims are handled on a Return to Base basis. If repair or replacement is not possible, we will provide a store credit based on the depreciated value of the product.
No cash refunds are provided for warranty claims.
Replacement Policy
We do not offer advanced replacements. A replacement unit will only be issued once the original unit has been received and inspected.
Customers are responsible for:
- Shipping costs for returns
- Duties and taxes on replacement units
