Description

The XTND 4K (40) ARC + TPC is designed for home cinema setups where the Smart TV’s built-in apps are the main source of content. Unlike standard extenders, it not only sends video to the TV but also returns audio back to the AV receiver.

In a typical installation, the TV is wall-mounted for a clean look, while the AV Receiver is located in a cupboard or rack elsewhere. The extender sends 4K HDR video to the TV and simultaneously returns audio from the TV’s apps via ARC, all over a single Cat6 cable.

This eliminates the need for separate optical audio runs and ensures reliable surround sound. Bi-directional control allows remotes to work normally, and the slim design allows the units to be hidden behind the TV and inside the rack for an easy, tidy, high-performance cinema setup.
